Summer Jobs @ Camp ... Summer 2018




Camp Reynoldswood needs Summer Associates to fill the following paid

positions: Lifeguards, Aquatics Director, Shift Cooks, Kitchen Assistants,

and Maintenance Helpers.


We need committed youth to encourage guests, one-another, and to

build friendships. These are Summer JOBS, not vacations--candidates

will be expected to work all summer long, including holidays–June 1

through August 12.


Lifeguards may work through Labor Day if they desire. Lifeguards must

hold a current Lifeguard certification, or re-certify by June 8. Lifeguards may

live on-site, but are not required to do so.

Lifeguards supervise swimming and behavior at the swimming pool,

and canoeing on the Rock River.

Aquatics Director must be 21 years of age and experienced. The Aquatics

Director may live on-site, but are not required to do so.

Shift Cooks must hold Food Handlers certifications recognized by Lee

County, Illinois.

Kitchen Assistants assist with food prep, serving, clean-up & dishwashing.

Maintenance Helpers are needed May 1, 2018 - September 15, 2018.

The Outdoor & Retreat Ministries (ORM), is a ministry of the Northern Illinois

Conference of the UMC. ORM provides Camp & Retreat experiences at two

locations: Reynoldswood Christian Camp on the Rock River in Dixon, Illinois, &

Wesley Woods Retreat Center on Geneva Lake in Williams Bay, Wisconsin.
